Chicago, a city with multiple nicknames such as the “Windy City,” “Chi-Town,” and the “Second City” is also home to one of AvePoint’s global offices. We’re located in the downtown “Loop” neighborhood, just two blocks away from the iconic Chicago River and Millennium Park (home of “the Bean”).
Our Chicago office has gone through an exciting growth in the last 3 years. We doubled the amount of people based out of this office to expand our go-to-marketing teams. We also renovated and expanded our office space to include collaborative workspaces with innovative technology to enable our hybrid working model of 2 days a week in office, new desk layout and a mother’s room.

Our Office’s “Buzz”
Most of our office consists of go-to market teams: BDRs who support lead generation, AE’s who sell to mid-market and enterprise customers, partner sales, customer success and pre-sales teams. When you walk in, you get the immediate sense of the cross-team cohesion that exists and is a testament to our team oriented culture. The office is always buzzing, both work related chatter and on a personal level with laughter and friendly camaraderie that makes working here feel good!
Office Perks
We believe in creating an office environment that fuels positive work energy. We do this by ensuring that we have healthy snacks, a fully stocked fridge with an array of La Croix, soda and iced coffee and even an air fryer that people use to heat up lunch from home!
We often have breakfast, lunch and happy hours throughout the month and love a good treat inspired by a theme! Recently we had Jenni’s ice cream to promote happiness on Mental Health Day and Mexican food as part of Hispanic Heritage month.
Not to forget, our amazing views of Lake Michigan and down Wacker Drive.
Quarterly Outings
Every quarter, we take part in a team-building activity – usually centered around a Chicago event or what’s trending in the city. Socializing outside of the office not only builds team cohesion but also encourages unique conversations across departments.
In the past, we’ve gone axe throwing, to see the Cubs and Blackhawks play, and cruises on the Chicago River. The sales teams also have their own quarterly outings to fun dinners at Tao or Nobu to celebrate wins from the previous quarter.
Our office continues to grow and we’re always looking for those who want to craft their career and feel the impact they make to a company. Please check our career website for opportunities or email us.
