About the position: 

As the Customer Success – Renewal Specialist, you will bring new revenue by forecasting your sales performance while maintaining an advanced good business relationship with our customers or clients. This role is for someone who is driven and eager to hit the ground running with your sales career.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Maintain business relationship with international enterprise customers. Coordinate resources to assist customers for better user experience
  • Collaborate with existing customers to renew maintenance contracts
  • Forecast individual sales performance and achieve sales quota
  • Uncover customers’ requirements and potential needs to drive business consumption

What you will bring to our team: 

  • Proficiency in Frech and excellent communication skill
  • 0–2year work experience. Experience in working with overseas customers is preferred
  • IT/sales enthusiasts. Relevant work experience is preferred
  • Always eager to learn and unafraid to shoulder responsibility
  • Good at multi-tasking and working under pressure
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM system is preferred
  • Amenable to work on on the assigned work schedule
  • Amenable to work night shift schedule
