AvePoint Unveils New Solutions for Microsoft Office 365 & Azure at Microsoft Ignite 2015

Chicago, IL — May 5, 2015 — From the halls of Microsoft Ignite 2015, AvePoint, the established leader in enabling enterprise collaboration across platforms and devices, today announced new tools to help customers speed up and simplify the move to Microsoft Office 365. Utilizing Microsoft Azure technologies, AvePoint Solutions for Office 365 enable organizations to migrate to Microsoft Office 365 faster while ensuring sustainable user adoption and effectively managing critical business data on the platform.

High Speed Migration: Through an integration with Microsoft’s new SharePoint Online Migration API and Azure technologies, the High Speed Migration feature in AvePoint’s DocAve Migrator will enable customers to overcome technical limitations including bandwidth throttling, network latency, and information security concerns to begin taking advantage of Microsoft’s collaboration solutions in the cloud up to nine times faster. Part of the award-winning DocAve Software Platform, DocAve Migrator provides an efficient and cost-effective solution for migrating business-critical content to SharePoint Online.
The High Speed Migration functionality will be available for DocAve Migrator for File Systems in the fall of 2015, and AvePoint is now accepting applications for a preview program.
