Brian currently serves as AvePoint’s Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. In this role, Brian oversees the Company’s legal operations and interests, and ensures that the practices, policies, and dealings of AvePoint meet regulatory requirements. In addition, Brian is a member of the Board of Directors and serves as the Board’s Secretary.
Brian brings extensive legal knowledge and understanding of SaaS operations to the Company and has been with AvePoint since its inception. During this time, he has held a variety of leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel.

Prior to AvePoint, Brian held positions at law firms McGuireWoods and Woods Rogers
