The Elements Platform simplifies multi-tenant management by providing MSPs with powerful tools they can easily incorporate into their managed services practices. We are ringing in 2023 committed to helping MSPs continue to grow as they navigate the evolving needs of the modern workplace.

What’s New in the Elements Platform?

Increased Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 and Azure Support

AvePoint Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 will now support Power Automate: MSPs, you will receive notifications regarding backup status in the Elements Dashboard and the Customer Directory, Insights reports and object types will be available for all backup jobs pertaining to Power Automate, and Nitro will now show Power Automate modules in the apply template section. Plus, you will be able to see failed job tickets in the ConnectWise section of the platform.

Additionally, AvePoint Cloud Backup for Azure will now support the ability to backup and restore Admin Portal Settings, with backup status displayed in the main dashboard in Elements, and details about backup jobs available in the detailed dashboard and in the customer directory.

Support Power Apps Module for Cloud Governance

AvePoint Cloud Governance will now offer integration with AvePoint EnPower to help govern the PowerApps renewal process. Available with an add-on license, Cloud Governance users will be able to view related information about customers and their existing license types, as well as edit those license types. MSPs, you will also be able to run customer operation reports, which will count service requests including the new power apps modules.

Add Trial Licenses for Fly

MSPs, you will now be able to add a trial license for AvePoint Fly directly in the Elements platform. Partners will need to provide basic information about the license and the customer attached to it, but this new option will make it easier to promote Fly.
