What will you be doing?
As a Customer Service/Maintenance Renewal Representative, your job is to ensure all current customers see the value in renewing their annual maintenance contracts, and that these contracts are renewed on time. This role requires a combination of selling, value proposition transfer to the customer, organizational skills and a high level of customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing sales of existing customers
- Ensuring timely renewals with existing customers
- Coordinating with sales executives on account management and potential opportunities
- Coordinating with internal (legal, accounting) and external business teams
- Diligence with forecasting and maintaining ongoing and upcoming sales
- Following up with quoted customers until renewals are closed
- Tracking cancellations and reasons for cancellations
- Maintaining knowledge of current products and pricing appropriately, to closing sales
- Identifying and transferring leads to sales departments

Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a related role
- Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Superior work ethic and a positive attitude
- Sense of urgency in a high-volume work environment
- Ability to work well independently and as a team player
- Ability to work in a flexible environment and adaptive to change
- Amenable to work night shift (US EST)
- Amenable to work hybrid work setup (3x onsite, 2x WFH)
