Work Location: Singapore, onsite at client side

Experience and Skills needed:
- Experience in managing day-to-day website update, including publishing content, images, and pages using a CMS (Eg. GovTech Optical).
- Understanding in using web analytics tools to monitor traffic and performance.
- Experience in performing ticket triaging, escalation, and resolution in accordance with SLAs using a ticketing system (Eg. JIRA).
- Able to create and maintain relevant knowledge repository on systems, processes, and queries.
