The implementation also included Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AvePoint Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products, allowing ample time for adjustments and customisations as needed.

IVCS provided the board with a one-stop portal, accommodating multiple application types, including self-applications, family member applications, and third-party applications, expanding the support network for at-risk individuals. This allowed users to easily visit a single portal for any type of application. For the statutory board, this also meant having a unified view for all submissions. With advanced data analytics and AI capabilities, the system provides real-time access and 24/7 transmission of exclusion data to operators, preventing excluded patrons from entering venues. For the board, the integrated solution enhanced operational efficiency, strengthened prevention measures, and improved collaboration with enforcement stakeholders, effectively addressing the challenges in a unified and efficient manner.
