Every day, organizations have thousands of employees with tasks and processes who need to have their workstreams optimized. Nintex workflows can help mitigate the issues and save organizations time and money.

Organizations have to negotiate a plethora of workstreams, monitored on a day-to-day basis. To minimize these issues, they can create internal workflows and forms to keep its members organized.

Nintex is a workflow automation solution that saves employees time so that the team can focus on the tasks at hand rather than worry about keeping the flows up to date. In turn, this will allow organizations and employees to save money, mitigate confusion in workflows and get tasks done.

AvePoint is a preferred technical Nintex partner who migrate Nintex workflows to organizations’ SharePoint or Office 365 environments. This makes it easy for organizations to take advantage of all the benefits of their established SharePoint and Office 365 environments and Nintex workflows and forms.

We can migrate the workflows and forms from lower versions of SharePoint to newer versions, and SharePoint on-prem to SharePoint online. There is also an option to migrate the flows and forms from SharePoint to Office 365 with a low impact to the established business workflows.

Proven Results and Features

For Nintex Workflows, we’ve already worked on over 200 site collections and migrated over 1600 workflows. We have also added the following capability to our Nintex Workflow migration:

  • Placeholder Action for Nintex Workflows: This is designed to add in a placeholder action for any Nintex Workflow Actions that we could not support in the migration. Unsupported migrations may be due to AP or other limiting factors.

For Nintex Forms we have also done over 270 site collections and migrated over 2200 Nintex Forms. We have also added the following capability to our Nintex Form migration:

  • Placeholder Form Control for Nintex Forms: This is similar to the one for Nintex Workflows placeholder. This places a placeholder action for any unsupported form controls for Nintex Forms.
