About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our growing global Marketing team at AvePoint. In this role, you will create compelling content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and demand for our various programs and audiences worldwide. You will also collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to define and refine messaging and positioning for our new and existing offerings, including custom services/solutions and edtech products.

Specific Responsibilities
- Research our global services, industries, and audiences to inform content strategy and creation across regions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop and refine product messaging and positioning, particularly for custom service offerings.
- Create exciting, high-level marketing and communications collateral, including brochures, white papers, case studies, emails, landing pages, video scripts, and social posts.
- Collaborate with worldwide content, creative, and communications teams to optimize content production and expand our footprint.
- Project manage content for global campaigns and programs, ensuring alignment with digital marketing and SEO objectives.
- Audit and optimize existing content for improvements in consistency, grammar, brand tone, and SEO.
- Assist in process improvement, reporting, administrative and other tasks.
What You Will Bring to Our Team
- At least 5 years of experience creating global B2B content, ideally in enterprise technology, education technology, IT professional services, software development, or tech startups. Experience in the EdTech space and Singapore public sector is highly preferred.
- Successful track record writing various high-level content formats and for various mediums.
- End-to-end marketing experience: marketing communication (MarCom), product development and positioning, lead generation, and sales enablement.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, serving as the team’s point of contact for global programs and projects.
- Outstanding research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; resourcefulness and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with minimal supervision.
