  • Document, analyze, and evaluate data with a customer-centric approach, generating detailed user stories which will be the basis for future software development by the Engineering team.
  • Work as a conduit between technical and non-technical stakeholders for the purposes of driving product development and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the development team and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
  • Proactively drive results-oriented product changes and improvements.
  • Support Product Strategy, User Experience, Architecture leads, and other team members in planning deliverables, defining scope, scheduling, and other aspects of product strategy.

What you will bring to our team:

  • Strong and thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working cross-functionally in a large organization.
  • You are an independent problem solver with a curious mind and have the ability to both focus on the details and to see the bigger picture.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, international team members, and subject matter experts.
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365/Teams/SharePoint/Dynamics CRM/ architecture, components, and configuration preferred.
