Arròs negre is a Valencian and Catalan dish made with squid ink, rice, and either cuttlefish or squid. It’s very similar to seafood paella. The squid ink and cuttlefish are unique ingredients that represent the Valencian and Catalan culture. Naturally, it can take those unfamiliar with the dish some time to adapt, but if given some time they’re sure to love it!
Speaking of culture and adapting to new experiences, I’m hosting a webinar next Monday on how to increase Yammer adoption and boost company culture. I also had the good fortune of enjoying this dish with my friend Steve Smith who’s hosting a workshop on May 2nd covering how to increase Microsoft Teams adoption. Check it out here!
