Our Shared Journey
Today, AvePoint is officially listed as a publicly tradeable company on NASDAQ under the ticker AVPT.
It has been a long and meaningful journey for me.
I know it has also been meaningful for the AvePoint team, our customers, and shareholders since we announced our intention to go public in November—thank you for being on this journey with us.
The Reimagination
The last year has shaped how we think about work. As vaccinations continue to roll out worldwide and people begin to return to the office, we have an opportunity to create something better than what was before.
We have an opportunity to reimagine how we work together.
We may not be able to control the pace of change dictated by disruptive events, but time and again we’ve proven how by working together; our collective resiliency and innovative spirit have enabled us to overcome what we as individuals cannot.

Technology is the connecting tissue between us. It helps us exchange ideas faster, enables us to execute more efficiently, and brings us closer together.

It’s an expansive mission and a purpose worthy of our company.
In closing, the message I’d like to communicate to our customers, partners, shareholders, and most of all the AvePoint team currently celebrating across the world today:
We are here because of you. You shared with us how you work, how you grow, and how you collaborate. We built an organization around you, and we will continue to embrace the new world of work.

As AvePoint’s Chief Executive Officer, as well as a member of the Board of Directors, Dr. Tianyi Jiang (TJ) is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of AvePoint, which includes product innovation, investor relations, and business development. He is focused on delivering value to customers, partners, shareholders, and the AvePoint team, every day.
TJ was named 2023 CEO of the Year, in the Information Technology Products or Services category by the Globee Awards and is a recipient of Ernst & Young’s 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year award in New Jersey. He received both B.S. and master’s in electrical and computer engineering from Cornell University, and a Master of Philosophy and PhD in Data Mining from Department of Information Systems, Operations Management, and Statistics, Stern School of Business, New York University.
