Earlier today, we announced our acquisition of tyGraph, another step in our continued progression to help organizations around the world collaborate with confidence in the modern workplace.
Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Canada, tyGraph uses analytics to drive performance and solve strategic business challenges while improving employee experience, collaboration, and well-being. tyGraph organizes, measures, and analyzes human interactions in the workplace, uncovering insights that directly impact the way people work. tyGraph has built a deep technical and business relationship to enable customers to achieve rapid returns on their Microsoft 365 investments. Today, tyGraph has purpose-built solutions for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, Viva, OneDrive, and Exchange.

TJ was named 2023 CEO of the Year, in the Information Technology Products or Services category by the Globee Awards and is a recipient of Ernst & Young’s 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year award in New Jersey. He received both B.S. and master’s in electrical and computer engineering from Cornell University, and a Master of Philosophy and PhD in Data Mining from Department of Information Systems, Operations Management, and Statistics, Stern School of Business, New York University.
