Issue:
Backup job fails at 100%, and the following error is encountered:
Error:The process cannot access the file ‘D:\Program Files\AvePoint\DocAve6\Agent\data\SP2010\Item\PLAN20130228151632873762\lastBackup.idx’ because it is being used by another process.
Cause:
When multiple control services are being used, they assign multiple sub jobs to a single Agent, causing multiple processes to try to access the same file.
