“No Agent” error appears when connecting to SharePoint Online site collection

Details:

In DocAve 6 SP2 CU1, if a user tries to connect to the SharePoint Online site collection, the following error message appears: No Agent can connect to this site collection.

To solve this issue, complete the following checks:

  1. Ensure that the Agent Account has sufficient permissions.
  2. Ensure that the DocAve agents in the SharePoint on-premise farm are able to connect to the Office 365 site collection.
  3. Ensure that .Net framework 4.5 is installed on all agent servers.
