Issue:
A Platform Backup up job finishes with exception and displays the following error message within the Job Report:
The database ‘%s’ does not exist. Supply a valid database name. To see available databases, use sys.databases.
Solution:
Refresh the farm tree in the Plan Manager to refresh the databases indexed with the Platform Backup plan.
