Details:
Platform backup finishes with exception and fails to back up all of the databases. The following system 1385 error can be found in the event log file:
Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer.
Cause:
The agent account does not have permission to perform batch jobs.
Solution:
Navigate to Local Security Policy > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment > Log on as a batch job, and add the agent account into the Log on as batch job policy.
