If there is no Reporting Service file, a Hotfix would need to be delivered.
If there is a Reporting Service File:
Confirm that the Reporting Service is functioning properly:
Proceed to Central Administration -> Application Management -> Reporting Services -> Manage integration settings -> Report Server Web Service URL. Confirm that the URL can be accessed normally
Proceed to Central Administration -> Application Management -> Reporting Services -> Manage integration settings -> Set Server Defaults. Confirm that this page can be opened.
Reconfigure Reporting Service DB for DocAve:
Open the current Reporting Service DB
Open the SQL Reporting Services Configuration tool (Microsoft SQL Server 2008 -> Configuration Tools -> Reporting Services Configuration Manager)
Use the DocAve.SP2007.ReportingService.ReportDBUserManager.exe tool to configure the Reporting Service DB for DocAve. Input the Server Name and Database Name (which were found using the steps above) in DocAve.SP2007.ReportingService.ReportDBUserManager.exe. If you need to use another user account to connect, please input the user name and password. (I have attached screenshots of this process).
After confirming that the information has been entered correctly, select the “Apply” button. If an “Applied Successfully” notification appears, the connection was successful.
The backup job should now be able to support the related Reporting Service items.
