Details:

The following Platform Backup exceptions appear if there are insufficient permissions for SharePoint Foundation Search V4 and SharePoint Server Search 14 services:

  • Cannot get the information for the writer 35500004-0201-0000-0000-000000000000.
  • Cannot get the information for the writer 0ff1ce14-0201-0000-0000-000000000000.

    • To avoid these errors, give the service account Local Admin permissions for the services above in the Services.msc file.
