Unable to download logs and job report

Details:

Job reports and logs are not saving to the local directory.

 

Solution:

  1. Check internet options and make sure that the DocAve Manager site is added to trusted sites.
  2. In the Advanced tab, in the Security section, make sure that the Do not save encrypted pages to disk option is not enabled.
