From the Floor of Microsoft Ignite 2015: The Week So Far #MSIgnite
Hello from Chicago! As you may know, the first-ever Microsoft Ignite is well underway at McCormick Place Hotel and it has been a whirlwind of activity since the keynote began. The event kicked off with an introduction from rapper Common and insightful speeches from a plethora of Microsoft executives. From CEO Satya Nadella’s overall vision to Office 365 GM Julia White’s Delve walkthrough, attendees were given an inside look into how Microsoft plans to innovate IT’s use of both consumer and professional products. In case you missed it, the entire keynote is available for on-demand viewing on the Microsoft Ignite website.
Since it opened, AvePoint’s booth (#568) has been filled with excitement. People are stopping by to see our latest products and solutions on display, get their questions answered by our subject matter experts, and partake in our special initiatives – whether it’s getting a book signed by AvePoint Client Services Director Randy Williams, playing a game of Giant Jenga, or putting their names in the running to win our Ducati Monster 821.
Of course, there was plenty of buzz around the AvePoint RED Party – our highly anticipated event held on Tuesday, May 5. Thousands of AvePoint customers, partners, community leaders, and friends celebrated all throughout a night that will surely be remembered for years to come. The legendary Chicago Union Station provided the perfect backdrop for this year’s event with multiple bars, fantastic food, a packed dance floor, as well as globe walkers, plate spinners, and other entertainment to tantalize the senses. Thanks to everyone who joined us this year!
