After volunteering to become a crucial subject matter expert for our Support team, Joe’s agility allowed him to thrive as he studied and documented any information he could find that would increase the efficiency of handling specific support cases for our channel partners. His eagerness to learn and adopt new projects has been paramount in creating quick resolutions for AvePoint partners.
Passion: Robert Beckel, Senior TAM, EMEA
Passion is the fuel that drives individuals to pursue their goals with enthusiasm and resilience. Robert is always willing to help Sales Engineers with his extensive migration knowledge. He regularly conducts deep-dive sessions with our channel partners on how best to incorporate AvePoint’s migration products into their digital collaboration security practices, including sharing his “real-life experiences” using AvePoint Fly. He’s not only able to answer any question a partner may throw at him but is also happy to jump in and provide partner enablement to drive understanding and adoption.
